The olive Tanche is very unique, renown for the soil Nyons and nicknamed the Black Pearl of Provence. Harvested from November to January at an advanced stage of maturity, the olives are first cold pressed and produce an extra virgin olive oil which is smooth.

It can be used for any seasoning, both hot and cold and is ideal for all raw vegetables, fish, rice, pasta.
